IHOP in Asheville

They actually have a really good service at night here. I have no complaints

Ran out of gluten free waffle mix, since I am vegetarian and gluten free, all I got to eat for breakfast was hash browns. ☹️

If I could give a lower rating. Service was horrible. Tables were walking out. Food was cold. Idk y it's so dis organized. Smh.

Big Steak Omelette 😁 my favorite!

I got to eat here on the first day opening back up after the pandemic. Breakfast and service outstanding.

IHOP is IHOP... Pretty consistent accross the menu and this one ( Tunnel Rd, Asheville NC) was no different. What set this IHOP apart from the others was the OUTSTANDING service from our server named Jordan. Jordan was friendly, attentive, happy and just generally made us feel like she was glad that we were there. She really made the visit way better than usual and we actually left in a better, happier mood because of her. If you decide to eat there, Ask for Jordan... I bet that she will brighten your day too.*please know that prior to walking in and sitting down that I had never met, seen or had any contact with Jordan... She is just a GREAT server!

They have a wide variety of omelets & they're really good. Right now when you order a breakfast combo (at any time of day), they will keep bringing pancakes, as many as you can eat, at no added cost.

I know it's a chain store but I sure had a great breakfast today served up by a very pleasant waitress. I will definitely return.

I didn't catch her name but there was an older waitress with red hair who addressed me as "ma'am". Just wanted to say she was one of the best waitresses I've ever had and I'll definitely be requesting her next time! The appetizer platter was great and the staff is super friendly.

The waitress' name was Sharon, and she was really good. My eggs were pretty good. My steak tips tasted weird, as if they'd been soaked in teriyaki sauce. Even with A1 sauce, they still tasted weird. My waffle was excellent. My biggest complaint is my steak tips.

Good food. Don't like that the booths aren't movable. I'm a big man. Could barely fit. You would think they would know this and show me to a table instead.

Service was good, but my daughter's pancakes were not served with the rest of our breakfast order.

Great service! Best southwest omelettes! I ordered over the phone to pick up food and the lady was very nice and had a great disposition. Eggs were cooked perfectly!

Very nice and clean. Great food and very quickly cooked. Never ran out of drinks which is big thing for me. Very polite employees and on the ball. Parking is free, and restrooms were clean.

Table was dirty when we arrived. Coffee was horrible. Tea was good though just couldn't get a refill and they were slow. The food was good except the bacon was burnt

Yummy pancake goodness! The food is good no frills yummy pancake happiness on a plate. Austin was amazing and a wonderful server. I will probably come back just because of how great he was alone!

Food was tasty, all you can eat pancakes is a great idea! I could not eat as many as I thought. Lol

Chicken and potatoes were good. We stopped for dinner because we were traveling and there were almost no places open on Christmas. Thanks for being open!

Door dash delivered the wrong order but IHOP offered everything to make it right. Food tastes great, too! If I’m ever in town again, I’ll definitely be eating here.

A great place for a cheap but delicious meal! The pancakes, of course, are fantastic. For breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Great staff, comfy atmosphere, and I always leave happy.

Was a wait to be seated, which is understandable, and waited outside, but never came to let us know our table was ready and when I saw a couple being taken in to be seated after us I asked about it and was told they called our name, but both myself and my partner never heard our nam called. Waited over a half an hour. Other than that all was good

Sage is f-in awesome GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 👏🙌👏. My family decided to go here after my son's graduation January 25, 2020 Sage did a wonderful job taking orders of 20 ppl everybody's order was correct all food came out at the same time all food was hot and delicious😋 A big thank you to the cooks as well 👏😃👏

Food was good. Waitress Breianna was excellent and very friendly. Would not hesitate to go back. If you get pancakes and like Maple Syrup, ask for the hot Maple Syrup.

Food was good, service was good. They were able to modify an omelette to my dietary needs.

This is one of my favorite places to eat when I go to Asheville. How could you not love breakfast all day? The food here is very good. I have always received what I ordered and in a timely manner. Besides breakfast IHOP also serves a variety of sandwiches and entrees. I happen to love the double blueberry pancakes they serve. I have been told that the strawberry cream crepes are heavenly. Whatever you order is cooked fresh when your order is taken. The employees are friendly and efficient. The bathrooms are clean and neat. Always important to us women! Or at least to me. Definitely worth a try if you happen to find yourself close.

The food was fantastic, I was starving and honestly I wish I had 2 other stomachs. I was really really hungry and the food took about 15-20 minutes to get to our table. it's understandable lots of people and all of that but that is how the industry works. I left with a real nice taste in my mouth and I am totally thinking about coming back soon.

Eggs were bland, the ham and cheese omelet was bland which should be hard to do with cheddar and ham 🤷

A place where you can have breakfast any time of the day and is consistently good. The pancakes are uniquely delicious, Omelets are outstanding. They have friendly staff and a welcoming environment. Will keep coming back!

Good food. Had free pancakes on international pancake day. Cost is decent, not expensive and get whichever meal feel like breakfast or dinner (haven't tried dinner food just fyi)

Stay clear if you are concerned about your health or the health of the community as a whole. We went there today for breakfast and almost no guests were wearing masks in the waiting area or walking through the dining are as mandated by Buncombe County. We addressed this with management and their response was that they would not support the county's directive and that they were defending their customer's right not to wear masks regardless of what affect it may have on public health or our health in particular. They were supporting a political view and not a public health concern. I wonder what other health issues they ignore in their kitchen as well. Just stay out. They don't deserve business from the citizens of Asheville
